Patient Referrals
Gippsland Cardiology Services are happy to receive new referrals for patients with cardiac issues. All our doctors are taking on new patients, but some have longer waiting periods than others. Your patient may be contacted by our receptionists to ask if they are happy for us to transfer your patient to another of our cardiologists who may be more appropriate or who may be able to see your patient in a more appropriate time frame.

Required Information
When providing a referral we would appreciate a full medical history and copies of any cardiac related reports you may have.
Referrals need to be provided annually or on an indefinite basis. Repeat referrals need to be provided prior to the patients next appointment.
